My Artwork Just Got Published In An Inked Magazine!
I couldn't be more proud of one of my models, Addy. She is one of my boudoir models here at OKCP! This girl is a hard working young woman who enjoys spending her spare time modeling her tattoos. "I model for myself." She told me when I asked her why she does it.
LV23MAG reached out to her through Instagram after seeing some of her boudoir photos that she's done through Oklahoma City Photography and she submitted many of her favorite shots to the company. They then published them in their 6th issue of vol. 2! I feel honored that they credited me in the issue too!
Some fun facts about Addy is that she enjoys modeling because it gives her great self esteem, and she feels empowered as a woman- through each of her portraits- as she celebrates being a woman. She plans to become a tattoo model in the near future. Her style is a little edgy with a little bit of class. Her hobbies include hanging out with her boyfriend (whom is a tattoo artist located in Norman, OK.) playing with her dog,Gunner the rottweiler (who is three years old), and she loves to go to tattoo conventions while sporting her own work. She is from Phoenix, AZ but was raised in St. Charles, Missouri. She is a huge fan of her dad and her step-mom is a Sullen Angel model and also works independently. Her father and brother both own their own tattoo shops in Glendale, Arizona. Currently Addy resides in Norman, Oklahoma and is a believer in the good lord. She describes herself as a humble and loving person. I would have to agree with her because she is seriously a down to earth, sweet person and very fun to be around!
I asked Addy why she chooses to work with me and this was her response: "I love working with you because you're very outgoing and a blast to shoot with. You help me get out of my shell, make me feel confident and comfortable. Throughout my shoot you're always going above and beyond to make sure you get the best shot possible! (Even if it means slipping on rocks or getting you clothes all dirty from laying on the ground to get the right angle.) You take the time and effort in each photo to make sure they look picture perfect and ready to post! You can tell you're not doing it just for the money. You do it out of pure passion and love of the art, that's why I enjoy shooting with you."
Thank you Addy for letting me share some great info about who you are and why you model with me!
