PLEASE READ YOUR CONTRACT IN FULL BEFORE SIGNING. We have cameras installed in BOTH studios. This is for liability reasons: to keep you and your clients safe, as well as theft. We do not share any recordings unless it is to proper law enforcement. Please let your clients know BEFOREHAND.
For GRAVITY: please DO NOT allow your clients to change anywhere in this studio whatsoever. Clients are also NOT allowed in the prop closet.
For EDGE: Please DO NOT have your clients change infront of any cameras. There is a giant brown room divider in there for you to use as a changing room. Move it to the far right of the room away from the cameras. There is a bathroom down the hall OUTSIDE of both studios as well.
We have rules to prevent accidents and damage to our studios. We will be charging for any major damages and adding a cleaning fee if you do not clean up after yourself or your clients. If you have any questions please contact Samantha Cavener at 4058829999.

***NO CHILDREN are allowed into EDGE Boudoir Studio to prevent damage. Maximum of 5 people in the studio at one time. DO NOT MOVE the giant mirror. Please inquire for events.***

EDGE STUDIO Terms & Conditions
*THOSE WHO BREAK THIS CONTRACT WILL BE FINED. IF NO PAYMENT IS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS AFTER BEING FINED, THEY WILL BE BANNED. NO EXCEPTIONS.
PLEASE READ THIS CONTRACT IN FULL TO AVOID BEING FINED OR BANNED FROM OUR STUDIO.
Instructions and code will be given to you in your confirmation email to use at the front of the building.
Cameras are installed and recorded 24-7 at our studios. These are used for everyone’s safety along with theft.
No refunds, trades or exchanges. You may reschedule 3 days in advance per your confirmation email.
Please make sure that if your client used any of the outfits, that they are accounted for and put back before leaving the studio. You will be held accountable for anything that is taken.
If you accidentally leave something in the studio and need re-entry please call us!

Food is NOT ALLOWED IN our studios. *
No alcohol, NO smoking of any kid including vaping, no glitter, no confetti, no lit candles, nor fire allowed. These are prohibited. *
No drilling into the walls. No nails or any other penetration to hang props or backdrops onto the walls. We have tacks and tape that CAN be used in the drawer of the Kitchen area for backdrops. *
Do NOT DRAG furniture or any other object including your body across the floors. If moving furniture you must lift and carry with two people. If changing the available setups, please put them back together how they were found before leaving. *
No jumping or standing on the couches. Some of our smaller couches have a weight capacity. Please use your best judgment. *
Photographer who is renting and their Client is responsible for cost of any damages to props and studio space. *
We do have security cameras in both rooms of Edge. PLEASE let your clients know that these are installed for liability purposes only to keep you and you clients safe as well as for theft. *
No pets. Please inquire if a service animal will be in the building. Service animals are not allowed on any furniture or props. Only Service animals that preform a task can enter the building. Emotional Support Animals are NOT a service animal. *
Time paid for includes your setup AND tear down time. This includes cleanup time. You cannot enter the building early or leave later than your scheduled time. (If your start time begins at 1pm you cannot enter at 12:45pm.) *
If there is someone in the building shooting past their time slot, call us immediately! We want everyone to have the best experience and share the space accordingly. *
Make sure to let your clients know to arrive 15 minutes early that way no one is late. This way you will get the most out of your time. Weekdays there is paid street parking until 6pm. Weekends are free parking on the street. *
Leave the studio how you found it. Please clean before leaving. Put away all props where you found it and move everything back in its place. *
IF YOU DO NOT clean the space and leave it a mess, there will be a cleaning or reset fee. *
Do NOT dismantle anything (this includes props) from the walls or ceiling. *
If you notice anything broken, please call us immediately. *
By checking this box, You are signing on behalf of your client and understand you are responsible for any damages during your stay. *
No refunds, exchanges or trading. You can reschedule as long as it is 3 days in advance. *
NO HEELS on the sofas or inside tub. These scuff the inside of our tub and can also put holes into the sofas. *
Samantha Cavener Photography and Owners are NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries in any way, shape or form that takes place on or inside of the premises. *

I am the photographer who will be shooting for this said time slot and have read and agree to ALL of the terms above. *
DO NOT give the codes to the studio out to anyone for any reason. The photographer paying is the only one to have the codes. If you have multiple sessions, have your clients call your when they arrive so you can open the doors. *
DO not move the giant mirror. If it gets broke during your stay you will be charged in full to replace it. *
NO CHILDREN at anytime. ONLY 18+. NO EXCEPTIONS.. *
DO NOT USE THE SAVAGE PAPER SYSTEM. This is not included in ANY rental at Edge or Gravity. *
The bathroom is down the hall OUTSIDE of the studio. Please be sure that if your clients request to change in the bathroom, to bring a robe to walk back to the studio. *
Due to the conditions of the old wooden floors in the Boudoir Suite, it is recommended that anyone who enters wears shoes at all times. Please be aware that the floor may splinter in some areas. *
PLEASE use the giant BROWN room divider to let your clients change in. If this gets broke, please let us know so we can replace it immediately. *
No fighting or sexual activities. This includes but not limited to: boxing, fight clubs, mutual combat, any violent or sexual activities on or inside the premises of our studios or building, whatsoever. *
Music is fine as long as it isn't too loud or disturbing any other tenant in the building. Please keep the noise to a minimum to respect the other businesses in the building. *
If anything is damaged beyond repair by anyone including you, during your stay, you will be responsible for a full replacement fee on anything damaged. Please let us know if anything damaged during your stay WHEN IT HAPPENS. If not, you could be banned. *
We have other tenants and businesses in the building. Please be respectful to them as well. (I.E. loud music kept to a minimum.). *

Prop closet:
We have a fully stocked prop closet for client and photographer use. Clients are NOT allowed in the prop area. We have everything from high quality fabric backdrops and birthday supplies (cake stands, balloons, balloon air compressor etc.) Wide variety of outfits for kids and mom all in dark and light earthly tones. Newborn props from baskets and buckets to outfits and wraps! Newborn heater etc. We have a "Prop Book" available for photographers to easily show their clients what is a currently available in the prop closet. I.e. Maternity gowns, newborn baskets, buckets, backdrops and kids clothes.
Photos of props can be found on our website. If props are dirty after use, please toss them in the laundry basket so we can clean them. You may NOT take anything home from the studio and/or prop closet.

Cake smashes MUST remain on cake smash floor drops and must be cleaned prior to leaving. We have cleaning supplies under the sink. Broom and ladder can be found tucked behind the maternity dresses. *
No pets. Please inquire if a service animal will be in the building. Service animals are not allowed on any furniture or props. Only Service animals that preform a task can enter the building. Emotional Support Animals are NOT a service animal. *

There is a $200 fine for those who allow their clients, assistants or anyone other than their-self in the Prop Closet. NO ONE OTHER THAN THE MAIN PHOTOGRAPHER IS ALLOWED IN THE PROP CLOSET AREA. *
