Mirrors and Wedding Rings

Sure it’s easy to put a band on a flower and snap a quick traditional ring shot but why not try something more unique. Here is what I do to put a neat spin on things! I use mirrors! They are one of my number one things that I actually bring with me to these events.

“Bring with you…”, you ask?

Yes! I bring small mirrors with me that are light to carry and keep them in my handy-dandy collapsable wagon for easy access. Now let’s get to it!

So for this shot here, I actually purchased three little glass mirrors from the dollar tree and used clear tape to hold them together as a prism. I simply placed the jewelry in the middle and took a shot from a clever angle. Cool huh?!

This next one is pretty self explanatory but here is a quick before and after!

You can use a million different types of mirrors and always find a cool unique shot depending on the angle. Try using windows, polished wood, iPhone, any type of glass, mud puddles, water etc. Pretty much anything that gives reflection from an angle will work for a mirrored image! Now go out and try it!
